I am Eric Keith, principal of East Coffee Elementary. 2024 will be my fourth year at East Coffee. Before that, I served as one of the assistant principals at Coffee County Middle School. However, I spent 9 years in the classroom as an elementary teacher. I am a graduate of Coffee County High School and attended East Coffee during my fifth grade year when I first moved to Coffee County. I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education at MTSU and completed my master's degree in Educational Leadership at Bethel University. I have two goals when I walk into the building each day: 1) Make kids' lives better and 2) Have a great time doing it.
